Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

cup lime juice
1/2
cup white vinegar

bunches cilantro chopped
1/4
cup honey
1/4
cup brown sugar

teaspoon salt

tablespoon fresh garlic

tablespoons dijon mustard
3
cups salad oil

Puree cilantro, lime juice and vinegar in a food processor or blender. Add sugar, honey, garlic and salt. Puree until smooth. Add mustard, then slowly add oil in a thin stream while continuously blending.

Yield: About 4 cups
Note: This recipe can be easily halved.
